Shipping Information:

Warranty/Return Information:      

  • All items have a manufacturers 12 month (Return to Base) warranty as standard, unless stated otherwise.
  • All items are insured through our couriers, If any item has been damaged in transit we must report this damage to the couriers within 3 days of the item being delivered. As such, if your item is damaged in any way, you must report this to us via email within 48 hours of receiving the item. When reporting an item that has been damaged in transit please be sure to include your eBay user name and the name of the item, along with details of the damage and (if possible) a photo of the damage. 
  • If for any reason you need to return the item to us, you will need to contact us first to arrange the details of the return, before returning the item to us. Please ensure you return the item in its original packaging.
